Another frustrating day, as despite having a bit of time available the weather was just horrible, the sort of continual heavy drizzle that makes you want to stay indoors. I managed this portrait out of the car window from the track that leads from our house to the main road. I was at quite a distance, so once again I was using a telephoto lens, in fact I’ve barely had a prime lens on my camera at all this year. I decided to go for monochrome for a change, but I’m out of my comfort zone with black and white.
